Celebrate Christmas 2024 in the Town of Bermuda Run with not one but three festive events in December. Whether you’re looking for a fun family outing, a chance to shop local, or bask in community cheer, these events have something for everyone. Mark your calendars and bring your holiday spirit! As covered on the Davie County Blog, two special events are set for this coming weekend on Sunday, Dec. 8.
CHRISTMAS IN THE TOWN OF BERMUDA RUN
As the classic carol goes, “We need a little Christmas,” and Bermuda Run delivers! From 2 to 5 p.m., rain or shine, join the town and community volunteers at the Town Hall Gazebo in the Kinderton Business Park for a delightful afternoon of holiday fun. Activities will include:
- Carriage Rides: Take a charming ride around the square.
- Crafts and Games: Kids can unleash their creativity and enjoy holiday-themed games.
- Letters to Santa: Drop off your wish list at Santa’s mailbox!
- Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus: Capture a magical moment with the jolly couple.
The festivities will culminate with a joyful Christmas sing-along and the lighting of the community Christmas tree. It’s the perfect way to kick off the season with family, friends, and neighbors.

SANTA ON HIS TRACTOR
Although not a Town sponsored event, mark your calendars for a visit from the big man himself, Santa! Santa will be traveling through Bermuda Run on his tractor starting at 10:00 AM on Monday, Dec. 23. His first stop will be at Sheetz in Bermuda Run, followed by a full list of places he will be riding by in order (photo ops will be available at some locations).
