Since its opening on August 31, 2021, husband and wife team Jessica and Ulises Jimenez have been serving delicious home cooked comfort food to the Bermuda Run community.
“I’ve been working in restaurants since I was a teenager, and we met in a restaurant,” Jessica Jimenez said in an interview with the Winston Salem Journal. “We worked for other people for so long. We just really love working in the restaurant business, and that’s where we want to be for the future.”
At Southern Spice Cuisine you can find a variety of delicious meals for every time of day. Ulises is the chef at Southern Spice Cuisine and has worked in a variety of restaurants but has brought an all-American menu to Bermuda Run at Southern Spice Cuisine.
Whether you stop by at breakfast and enjoy a sweet stack of maple syrup covered pancakes or come by for lunch or dinner to enjoy a juicy hamburger, patty melt or country fried steak, you’ll leave feeling full, satisfied and already looking forward to your next meal at Southern Spice Cuisine.
